Established in 2008, Gyoza Records was the first authentic Japanese izakaya-style event catering business in Australia. The business was created with the aim of bringing premium, restaurant quality food and memorable experiences to event patrons Australia-wide. The Gyoza Records concept was originally based on a record shop in Shinjuku, Tokyo. However, rather than selling records, we'd spin tunes and and sell perfectly crisp gyoza, Tokyo Fried Chicken and other seasonal Japanese food.
